DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@archetypeindividual.com including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and enough detail to locate it (e.g. a URL).
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., in New Mexico).

4. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

Under the DMCA, knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages.
