Affiliate Program Terms

1. Commissions

• You earn a commission on qualifying paid purchases made through your unique referral link.
• A purchase qualifies when the referred customer completes payment and the refund window has passed.
• Commissions exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent or self-referred orders.
• Attribution uses a referral cookie; if a customer clears cookies or uses another link, attribution may differ.

2. Payouts

Payouts are made on our regular schedule once your balance meets the minimum threshold, via the payout method we support. You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate payment details.

3. FTC disclosure (required)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote Archetype Individual, in accordance with the U.S. FTC endorsement guidelines and any applicable local law (e.g. “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link”). Disclosures must be unavoidable and near the link.

4. Promotion rules

• No spam, misleading claims, or false statements about the product, pricing, or results.
• No bidding on our trademarks in paid search or impersonating Archetype Individual.
• No self-referrals, cookie-stuffing, incentivized clicks, or coupon/discount abuse.
• Follow our brand guidelines; don't imply official endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

5. Changes & termination

We may change commission rates, terms, or the program at any time, and may suspend or terminate any affiliate for violations, fraud, or conduct that harms the brand. Pending commissions tied to violations may be withheld.
